About M & M Landscape and Lawn, Inc.
Owner, Jeff Mcanally, has worked in the
horticultural business since 1986. Operating first a
residential and commercial lawn care business.
M & M Landscape and Lawn, Inc. was incorporated in 1994
and we opened our garden center/greenhouse. Jeff, as
president, monitors the day to day operations of the
landscaping division. His training includes plant
propagation workshops, Arkansas certified nurseryman
program #195, continuous study of horticultural
literature, yearly seminars at Arkansas green industry
association events.
Linda Mcanally, Vice-President and Secretary of M
& M Landscape and Lawn, inc. has been involved in
greenhouse management and nursery retail since 1995.
Linda has completed the Arkansas certified nursery and
landscape professional program #283. Linda oversees the
day to day running of the retail nursery as well as
works closely with the plant propagation and growing-on
of cuttings and liners to a salable product.
How Do We Get Started?
Call and we will schedule an appointment with
you for site evaluation. Digital images and site
measurements will be taken. Consulting with you, our
designer will determine your objectives and goals.
With your objectives in mind, we will design a master
plan to scale. An itemized cost of material and labor
will be included in the plan.
Design fees for the plan may vary and will be based upon
the size of the project. Design fees will be deducted
from the cost of the project should you accept our bid
or waived if you purchase 75% of the plant material from
us, undertaking the work yourself. Minimum design fee of
$150.00
Upon contracting with us on your project, we ask for 35%
of the bid cost up front with the balance due upon
completion. Our designs will be carefully thought out to
fully utilize the way you live in your landscape.
