I have worked with M & M Landscape business since the early 90’s. Our first experience was when my husband gave me a sprinkling system for our cabin. We were only coming up to Salem on weekends and all the work I had done the prior weekend was going to waste, so I got a system for Christmas, which truly saved all the work I was doing in the yard and on the hillsides down to the river. When we moved from Little Rock to Salem in 2001, Jeff installed a system at a house we renovated. We then moved last year into a home we built beside the cabin on the river. M & M did extensive retaining walls, patio work, extensive landscaping and rock work at the front of the new house. He then tied all the existing sprinkler systems into the new system. He added lighting and I can’t wait til the spring when all the new shrubs, plants, and vines start to bloom. I could not be happier with someone to work with in my yard. Jeff and his guys are hard working, want to please, and have a lot of experience in all kinds of landscape, and rock work. They finish what they start in a timely, efficient manner. They do what they tell you they will do.

M&M Landscaping has done an outstanding job on our property in Horseshoe Bend Arkansas. Last April, 1999, Jeff McAnally of M&M Landscaping came to our house to prepare a bid on landscaping a little over one acre of lakefront property on Crown Lake.  Our house was sitting on a piece of land that was covered with tall weeds, wild grasses, and lots of rocks. Jeff’s job was to turn this field into a livable piece of landscaping. Jeff listened carefully, walked the property with us, took many notes on our ideas, took measurements, offered his own suggestions, and after spending several hours with us, left and said he would return after several days with a computer drawing and itemized work and cost schedule. Jeff was good to his word, and made a thorough, detailed professional presentation to us. He went over each line item so that we understood exactly the scope of the work to be done. The scope of the work included putting 80 thousand pounds of boulders along the lakefront, a complete underground irrigation system with seven zones, and countless sprinkler heads. The entire property was graded by Jeff and black dirt was applied over the entire acre plus. Grass seed was put down, and within two weeks we had a beautiful beginning to a lush green carpet of grass on our property. We also wanted a special look across the front of our property which included large boulders with moss growing on them to give the look that they had been on the property for years. Jeff found exactly the right kind of boulders in a field close by, and after negotiating with the land owner, removed and installed about 50,000 pounds of them in such a way that it appears that they just grew right on the property. The effect Jeff created was stunning. We receive constant compliments on our landscaping and its appearance, needless to say we are very proud of how this has turned out. Jeff has maintained constant contact with us during and after the warranty period. All the landscape material Jeff installed, which was over 80 plants, grew, and blossomed right on schedule, with no plant material dying. M&M Landscaping didn’t just do a job for us and leave, they have developed an ongoing professional relationship with us to ensure that our property continues to look and stay healthy. M&M Landscaping IS OUR LANDSCAPER.

We are very pleased with the hillside water feature the M&M Crew installed in our backyard. The use of local rocks and boulders contributes to the naturalness of the design and the sound of the water fall is “music to the ears”. Our wildlife visitors are especially enjoying having access to fresh water.

Dear Jeff & Linda:
My initial contact with Jeff McAnally  of M & M Landscape and lawn, Inc. began during the finishing phase of construction of my new home in the late fall of 2005. I indicated my long term goals for the project as I am retired and did not want another job involving extensive care of the lawn and landscape. Jeff designed the foundation plantings using dwarf boxwood plantings with a soaker hose and automatic timer to water.  Because I wanted grass around the house and because it gets so hot here during the summer. Jeff designed and installed an irrigation system to supply the Zoysia grass sod with the proper amount of water throughout the growing season. It has proved to be a really nice lawn, thanks in part to the irrigation system and mowing and fertilization schedule provided by Jeff and his crew since shortly after installation was completed. I have a good working relationship with Jeff and Linda and will continue to do business with them in the future.
